3D printed skull decor: cool skulls without the creepy price

A 3D printed skull gives you the look of a carved skull at a fraction of the price. It is light, it never chips like plaster, and it comes in any color you want. That is why printed skulls are showing up on desks, shelves, and porches everywhere right now.
Skull videos are also having a run on YouTube. One short about printing a skull passed 5 million views this summer. The wave makes sense. A skull is the one decor piece that works all year: gothic in October, anatomy art in January. See every skull we print on the skull search page.
The skull planter: the crowd favorite
Put a pothos or a succulent in a skull and the plant becomes the hair. It is a little creepy and a little cute at the same time, which is exactly why people love gifting it. Ours prints with a wide open top for soil and roots, and PLA does not mind water the way cardboard or paper decor would. Just add a saucer under it, like any small pot.
Desk skulls that start conversations
A skull pencil holder keeps pens where you can grab them. A low poly skull turns the shape into modern art with flat angled faces. A voronoi skull is printed as an open web, so it looks like lace made of bone. None of these exist in a normal store. All of them print to order in the color that fits your room.
The anatomy skull for artists
Art students draw skulls to learn faces. A printed human skull replica gives you the real shape, the eye sockets, the jaw line, all of it, without the museum-store price. Print it in classic bone white for study, or hot pink because your desk deserves fun.
Halloween: order before the rush
Skulls are the backbone of Halloween decor. A few printed skulls on a shelf, a skull bowl for candy, a bone-white skull under a porch light. Every print is made after you order it, so the smart move is ordering in September, not the last week of October. For porch pieces that face sun and heat, pick PETG. Our PLA vs PETG guide explains why in plain words.
Pick a color that fits the room
Bone white is the classic. But printed skulls do not have to play dead. Terracotta orange looks like fired clay. Matte black fits a modern shelf. Pink turns the whole idea into pop art. You pick the color on the product page, and we print it fresh in the USA.
Quick questions, quick answers
Are printed skulls solid? They are printed with a strong shell and a honeycomb inside. Solid enough to handle daily life, light enough to sit on any shelf.
Can a skull planter hold a real plant? Yes. PLA handles damp soil fine. Use a saucer underneath, the same as any pot without a drain hole.
Do they look real? Skulls printed from anatomical models get the shape right, down to the teeth. Up close you can see fine print lines, which most people read as texture.
Can skulls live outside? For a covered porch in October, PLA is fine. For full sun and heat, order PETG. It shrugs off both.
