Every order is printed in the USA after you place it. Nothing sits on a shelf.

When your order ships, you get a tracking number by email. Your thing ships from the US facility that prints it.

Because each item is made fresh, print time comes before ship time. Bigger and more detailed things take longer to print than small ones. Ordering several things at once can add a little time too, since each one gets its own turn on a printer.

Need to fix a shipping address? Reply to your order email right away. We can update the address any time before the box ships. After it ships, the tracking link is the best tool we both have.

Tracking stopped moving? Carriers stall sometimes. If your tracking has not budged in a few days, reply to your order email and we will chase it with the carrier for you.

Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 14 days and we make it right with a reprint. Details on the returns and reprints page.
