You attach the sander to the Dremel and finish small parts with a quick buff. This rotary sander holds a strip of sandpaper, ready for light sanding and buffing on detailed work.

Print at two perimeters or more with at least 30 percent infill for the strength you need. Watch your extrusion multiplier so the sandpaper gap comes out right; tune it on a test print before you cut sandpaper.

Use it for finishing 3D prints, polishing wood and resin parts, and detail buffing. Best for light work; heavier material removal needs a real sanding tool.
