This flush-fitting snap-on V-slot insert is a practical workshop tool for Creality Ender 3 owners and anyone working with 20mm aluminum extrusions. The clever snap-fit design means you can install or remove these inserts without any tools or disassembly of your 3D printer frame.

Available in four configurations to suit your needs: a 7-clip version that provides secure hold with minimal material, a 15-clip version for extended coverage, and thick-clip variants of both for a tighter snap. Each insert measures 100mm in length and can be scaled along the Y-axis to your desired size. If you print slightly longer than needed, simply trim to exact length with sharp sidecutters.

The hollow design uses very little material while maintaining strength. The creator recommends 0.12mm layer height with 0% infill, 4 bottom layers, no top layers, and 2 wall lines for optimal results.
